MainStay Suites Cartersville - Emerson Lake Point

The hotel room was well furnished with a kitchen and couch-bed, which was great as our family has 5 people in it. The laundry room and heated, indoor pool were both very nice additions. The breakfast was not the most varied compared to other hotels, but it had got and cold foods. Whoever cleaned the room missed a few places while cleaning, but nothing warranting a complaint. The service at the front desk was very helpful, considering the number of special requests we had to make. Overall, a very good experience for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff willing to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Very clean rooms. Great selection of channels on TV. Awesome breakfast for a hotel. Indoor pool that is opened til 10. Feel very comfortable here. Close to some fast foods and gas stations. Best hotel that I've stayed at in Georgia.

Was very professional at front desk. Everyone is friendly. Great breakfast. It was really good. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The rooms were clean, very tidy,and smelled fresh. We'll be back next month

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, awesome hot breakfast buffet and super friendly staff all at affordable prices. The hotel was all of 17 days old the day we checked in so the staff was still getting things organized but they were very accommodating nonetheless. We wanted an extra coffee packet and the desk clerk wasn't sure where it was but hunted one down for me. I'm pretty sure we were the first people to stay in the room we were in and we did have a mishap with the shower (the handicapped shower we had did not have a lip and drainage issues caused some flooding) but we notified the staff so I'm sure it will be addressed. Lovely place to stop on our cross country voyage. Highly recommend!

Going to this MainStay Suites in Cartersville, Ga. proved to be a BLESSING!! This was my 1st time in Cartersville and I experienced pleasantry, helpfulness, kindness, quick assistance and thoroughness. FRED was on point, pleasant, knowledgeable, warm and kind. . Other than 1-elevator, I enjoyed the tasty, daily free breakfast, (with efficient attendants), the room, the heated swimming pool, and most importantly, the comfort. Fred and Carrie's ability to be smooth under pressure, while dealing with an onslaught of people, was quite impressive and refreshing. as there was a volleyball team or two staying at the hotel. I really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff. The continental breakfast was super good and we travel often. I really enjoyed the staff as well they were all so nice and helpful. Mainstays really did an excellent job with this hotel. I'm very impressed.

I run a wheelchair basketball program out of Charlotte and my teams and I have stayed here on 2 occasions. Nov 2016 and Jan 2018. The staff is excellent from start to finish. With 28 rooms the first year and 29 rooms this year, we'll certainly use them during our next visit to the LakePoint Sporting community. Our teams had early games on each day of our stay and the staff had the breakfast area operating 30 minutes prior to their posted time, billing was perfect and check-in is a breeze. Our group was so big on both occasions, we had rooms on both sides of the hotel and just positive reviews from our group, including one that was elated the hotel was pet-friendly (not just tolerant of pets....pet-friendly). With 114 room nights spent in the last 14 months, feel confident you'll be happy with your choice!

I found this hidden gem through my Expedia App. I am an avid review reader. I believe that reviews can make or break a person/business. I love when I can leave an excellent review. I booked this hotel for me and hubby to start our Anniversary getaway. First off, let me just say this hotel is in a great location, near many places to eat. When I walked in I immediately noticed that the front lobby was huge, clean and in outstanding condition. That was a huge plus for me. Then as I approached the desk I was met by a lady named Dawn, she was EXCELLENT. She made check-in smooth and painless. She even upgraded our room from 2 queen beds to a king suite. She made our day!!!! I let her know that I would be leaving a review because I want people to know that this place is legit. Our king room was clean, no odor, heat worked immaculately, and it was just what we needed/wanted. We are here until Friday (1/1 - 1/3) and we will definitely be staying here again.
